Abdul Muneeb is the driving force behind Sahara iO’s operational resilience, nationwide growth, and long-term sustainability. His journey reflects a rare combination of entrepreneurial grit, operational discipline, and people-centered leadership.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST) and later strengthened his professional expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Bahria University. His academic background laid a strong foundation in operations, logistics, finance, and organizational management — skills that would later become critical in scaling a mission-driven social enterprise.
Before joining Sahara iO, Abdul Muneeb built a diverse professional career across the pharmaceutical industry and the education sector. Most notably, he was the Founder and Principal of Aims Education System, an entrepreneurial venture comprising three tuition academies and two secondary schools. This experience sharpened his leadership capabilities, financial discipline, and ability to build institutions from the ground up — often with limited resources and high accountability.
In 2019, Abdul Muneeb joined Sahara Intelligent Orthoses (Sahara iO) as a Management Trainee, a role that marked the beginning of a transformational journey for both him and the company. Through consistent performance, ownership mindset, and deep alignment with the company’s mission, he progressed rapidly through leadership roles and was eventually appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
As CEO, Abdul Muneeb has been instrumental in the company’s survival and growth, particularly during challenging periods such as the COVID-19 pandemic, when supply chains were disrupted and operational risks were at their peak. His leadership ensured continuity, financial stability, and uninterrupted service to customers who depended on Sahara iO’s mobility solutions.
Under his stewardship, Sahara iO achieved nationwide expansion, strengthened its distribution network, and secured strategic partnerships with major institutions, including:
Canteen Stores Department (CSD)
National Defence Complex (NDC)
Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives
And several other public and private sector organizations
Today, Abdul Muneeb continues to lead Sahara iO with a strong commitment to its core values: customer-centricity, empathy, equality, belief, innovation, and integrity. His leadership philosophy centers on building trust — with customers, partners, and teams — while ensuring that high-quality mobility solutions remain accessible across Pakistan.
Beyond his professional role, Abdul Muneeb is passionate about cricket, history, and contributing positively to society. His belief in purpose-driven business continues to shape Sahara iO’s culture and its mission to exceed customer expectations while creating lasting social impact.
